Jacky Oh! Cause of Death Revealed

Back in June former Nick Cannon's Wild 'N Out cast member Jacky Oh! died after a cosmetic procedure in Miami, leaving behind her partner, comedian DC Young Fly, and their three young children [click here if you missed that].

Jacky's official cause of death has been revealed...

From TMZ
DC Young Fly's partner Jacky Oh!'s died as a result of complications from cosmetic surgery, complaining her head was "burning" just hours before her death, TMZ has learned.
According to the autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, Jacky flew to Miami in May to undergo a procedure where she had liposuction and fat transferred to her butt ... aka a BBL.
The surgery was completed May 30, and Jacky was prescribed Cliprofloxacin (an antibiotic), Oxycodone (a painkiller), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea).
Shortly thereafter, the 32-year-old began to get a headache, returning to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment ... she then decided to get a massage to help alleviate her pain, and was advised to take ibuprofen and to stop taking the Ondansetron.
On the night of May 31, Jacky began to feel her head was "burning" and began to have difficulty speaking, Jacky was with her aunt, who called 911 -- but Jacky went unresponsive before they arrived ... and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 11 PM.
The autopsy report states Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.
A since-deleted social media post before Jacky's death claimed she was in the city to go through a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Zachary Okhah.

Smh so sad. She’s the reason why I decided to opt out of my own mommy make over. Really, I just hate the road map on my stomach after child birth. Even after losing all the weight I just feel frumpy and saggy, but I’d rather be here for my child than risk it all.

Cause of death is complications from cosmetic surgery. Sounds like she may have had a bad reaction to Ondansetron? Who knows? Good she returned to the surgeon when her headache started.

I hope her family gets a payback from Dr. Zachary Okhah.

Nobody needs a BBL. It makes you look deformed.

Some of you ladies need to start realizing it's a possible death sentence trying to please these ungrateful men.

@12:38 it's not always for men .... @10:38 said SHE felt frumpy and I know they feeling. I've never been able to wear a bikini because of my own road map. All women want to feel beautiful and after a baby, I didn't. The only reason I haven't done it because of situations like this.

You're right, they look deformed. BBLs are so obvious and not soft & jiggly like real ones.

^^ That's obviously why I said SOME of you ladies. I know not every woman does it for a man. I was speaking to those who do.

Poor woman had young kids by a man-child who didn't think her worthy enough to make his wife and then she dies trynna keep up a sexy image. And it was probably mostly for him cause he seems like the type who would clown her if she didn't keep her body tight. Nevermind how hard popping out three kids back to back is for any woman. Smh.

Ummm, is her man wearing lipgloss?πŸ’„

Dang.

Hmmm. That’s for a man. I can’t see a woman saying a overloaded booty would make her self esteem better.

I do not like Dc youngfly. He's got bad energy and he seems like the root cause of all of this suffering. Then he went immediately back to working and hustling after her funeral. I don't think he loved the woman that died for him

Leg lifts and squats along with light weigh lifting can tone the body. But it takes at least a year to change your body this way.. No more BBL and Lipo..

@5:48 it’s literally in an interview or podcast where he is ridiculing women’s bodies and shape and says something along the lines of, “his woman better not…..” Google him talking about body types!!!! Quite pretentious and vain if you ask me 🀷🏽‍♀️

@Danni P
You said you've never worn a bikini - meaning you didn't even wear one prior to pregnancy and motherhood!! Why are you trying to blame your wardrobe issue/s on your babies???

That women died because of her insecurity and her man's mentality. She was under 35 and felt the need for a mommy make over. If she was with a supportive partner, she would not have felt the need for surgery so soon after giving birth to a 3rd child.

Ladies, don't let her death stop you from getting surgery that would boost your self esteem. If you are over 40, healthy and want a mommy make over, do you research and get the work done. And, get an aftercare nurse!! You need assistance after surgery, NOT a relative with no medical experience!! Pay a professional.
