Diddy's 29-year-old son has avoided jail time after taking a plea deal in his DUI case, RadarOnline.com has learned. Justin Combs landed three years of probation and was ordered to complete an alcohol education program after pleading no contest to having a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher.

Combs' charge of driving under the influence was dismissed.
