Tyga has fired back at his ex-Blac Chyna’s lawsuit demanding joint custody of their son King — and asked that she only be awarded visitation.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Rack City rapper has responded to the petition Chyna filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
In her filing, Chyna asked that the court for more time with King. She said their son spends 30% of his time with her and the remaining 70% with his father.
Chyna said there was never a court-ordered custody schedule nor was child support ever established. She demanded $125k to pay her legal fees associated with bringing the case and to hire a forensic accountant to examine Tyga’s finances.
Now, Tyga has asked the court to shut down his ex’s petition. He asked that he be awarded sole legal and physical custody of King.
In addition, he asked that Chyna pay her own legal fees in the case.

CHyna will lose. She's very clearly asking for a handout and using her son to get it. She's trash.
Why shouldn’t she have joint custody?
She can have joint custody if she is not looking for a check. She literally gets weekends and is now trying to get a check, why change things now? He should have full custody since he is paying for everything and has him the majority of the time and has had him the all of this time under that arrangement. There is no need if she can't provide better. Keep it the same and if she wants more visitation then do that. Which she is already just doing. You don't need a financial forensic lawyer to take custody if that is your goal for joint custody if you are not primary already. Her scamming is so obvious, it's annoying.
Poor kid. They should both want to share equal time with the child. But now that she wants the funding in the picture, neither will put their son first. Sad
I hope she has better lawyers than Nipsey’s baby mama. I’m not saying grant her everything she is asking for, but more time with her child wouldn’t hurt…unless they child doesn’t want to be around his mama like that.
How does he afford lodgings when he is always getting kicked out for nonpayment.
