Last week it was revealed that movie mogul Tyler Perry was building a new home a the 93-year-old woman being harassed by land developers in South Carolina [click here if you missed that].

Tyler Perry's lifeline for an elderly woman fighting to hang on to the South Carolina property her family's owned since the Civil War era includes a new home with a swimming pool.
Josephine Wright is the 93-year-old woman duking it out with a developer in Hilton Head and her granddaughter, Charise, tells TMZ ... Tyler got in touch with the family and asked Josephine what she wanted in a new home, and she told him 5 bedrooms plus a pool.
Charise says Tyler agreed and his team sent Josephine the blueprints. But, she says her grandma is very particular and asked for a few minor changes ... and he obliged.
As you can see in the blueprint, obtained by TMZ, there's also a game room, dining room, home office, media room and a big porch.
We're told Tyler is gifting Josephine a modular home ... meaning it will be built off-site and then moved to a separate part of her expansive property, so she won't have to leave the plot of land that's been passed down by her family for generations.
Charise says part of her grandma's current home is built on the section of property that is the subject of a bitter land dispute.

Tyler is a good man. I don't care what anyone says he gives a d**n and puts his money to good use.
Tyler why do you keep brining this up? We know you're building her a house. You've announced it before. So just build the dayum house and just shut up. A true humanitarian would just do the work in silence.

Tyler Perry been gone. He fooling y’all with those scriptures because his actions says different. Not to mention telling black women to accept a man that can’t provide for her. Can’t help her if she were to lose her job.

The house is too big for an old lady with a few years left to live. That will attract Bay Bay & them to come live with her, with out her consent. LOLO
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a clause on that contract, binding that she only has a "lifetime" to dwelling there. It won't be passed to on to relatives. Hilton Head... prime property.

Is he rebuilding that woman's existing house? Or is he building that house somehwere else. If thats the case then the developer wins and she loses. She was not moving for a reason. Begs to ask are they paying Mr Perry?
He building that but it wonder become a family home. Its him building a house but letting her stay in it for a minute. This is his project he will sell later. This will never become a generational home.
