Ex-NFL star Cam Newton’s former girlfriend Kia Proctor asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit he brought against her over a luxury automobile.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kia has denied all allegations in the case brought by Cam.
As we first reported, earlier this year, the ex-NFL star sued the mother of four of his children.
The two dated from 2013 to 2019. Cam quickly moved on and started dating Instagram model La Reina Shaw — who he ended up having two children with.
Cam claimed he allowed Kia to drive his 2017 Bentley Bentayga while they were together.
“Although the relationship has ended, [Proctor] remains in possession of the Car and refuses to return the car” to Newton, the lawsuit claimed.
In her newly filed response, Kia said the car was a gift from Cam and he never told her he had to return it. She has demanded the entire lawsuit be thrown out of court.

What's special about the vehicle?This might be interesting if she was in the 'hood ducking repossession. This is a personal matter.
If it’s not in her name it’s not a gift.
I can't understand why someone would want to keep a vehicle they can't even afford to maintain servicing. He could easily hire a PI to locate the vehicle and legally return it back to him.

So he expects us to believe he bought a car in 2017 that only his girlfriend drove but he supposedly told her the car wasn't hers? He also waited a few years after breaking up to ask for the car back. Gimme a break the KBB on that car is probably far less than he paid for it and most likely worthless. You pay a minimal amount of child support for the six kids you have with this woman cut your losses, let this lady have the car and move on to your other baby mama who I'm sure you're gonna do the same thing to when you dump her.

She allowed him to knock her up with SIX kids without a ring AND he only pays minimum child support?? SHE should've chosen better cause she's a whole dummy. Time's gonna fly and when those kids hit 18 or 21 the gravy train is over. She better start stacking them chips.
Girl give him that car…with some sugar in the tank, or a cut wire…but make sure he has life insurance, and that your kids are beneficiaries of it first.
