Diddy's Ex Bodyguard Explains Why He Stayed

Two days ago Diddy's former bodyguard, Roger Bonds, came forward seemingly confirming Cassie Ventura's claims of abuse [click here if you missed that].

Bonds explains why he stayed around despite Cassie's treatment...

In a video shared on Instagram Roger Bonds likens his situation to that of anybody who hates their job, but still has bills to pay.

Ignoring criminal activity is never OK.

I’m not saying he’s right and he really needs to stfu at this point because it makes him look really bad to keep justifying his decision. But fact is a lot of people criticizing him would’ve done the same thing. They out here acting like they was gonna be Cassie’s hero and go up against a millionaire knowing damn well they would turn a blind eye too. Like he said, bills gotta get paid and nobody losing work over a grown woman who was getting her voluntary freak on, even if she was taking some ass whoopings too. Hypocrites.

People walk away from jobs every day.

Ain’t no “voluntary” freak. Diddy trapped Cassie in a warped state of psychological bondage. She didn’t believe she could leave.

Got bills? Stay on the plantation.

Tina Turner walked away from much more.

Where is he working now?

This man did what he needed to do for himself and his family. He has no cape and was never expected to be a superhero. Who was going to pay his bills when he quit and Diddy stopped his career as a celebrity bodyguard????
No further explanation needed, Brother. ✊

He must have very few skills.

Every brother ain't a brotha.

I’m sure a lot of people watched while he mistreated that girl. They feared his tight mouth behind. I wonder what Kim kid’s witnessed how he treated her?

I hope that his children see this.

And the bravery medal goes to Alex Fine the personal trainer. Diddy had all the black men scared and silent smh

He's a coward. Plain and simple.
Podcaster Dawn Montgomery recently announced that she is leaving Revolt TV (basically because of one Mr. Sean Combs' actions and the negative atmosphere that he has created in the workplace along with his poor public image). Instead of cowering and making excuses about needing a paycheck, she made a public statement and kept it moving. This 'yes man' is part of the problem.

Nobody who worked for Diddy and saw things that weren't normal seemed to have a moral compass and stand on any type of values. There is nothing that the people he hired wouldn't do for money. That's the real reason none of them walked away. Aint that right Roger Bonds.

I feel him. The more you're paid, the more bills you create. Sometimes it takes a while to even position yourself to leave. The ones in this comment saying he should have left probably dont make enough annually for his reply to make sense to you.

What was his income bracket?

Just a lil off topic FYI. I know of a bodyguard in the entertainment industry (worked for famous rappers) who was only getting paid 25 per hour. Yes you heard right. And that was last year! He was advised to ask for more bc he was worth more plus he had a military background. The industry is straight trash.

People are typically paid according to industry standards for their occupation and skill set. A billionaire or millionaire will still hire people to work for minimum wage.

Years ago, Sean Combs was accused of running a sweat shop to manufacture garments under his brand names:

Controversy erupted around Combs when the National Labor Committee in Support of Human and Worker Rights (NLC) released a detailed report in 2003 stating that working conditions at Southeast Textiles were exploitative. The NLC is a New York-based, nonprofit labor-rights group founded in 1981 that says it "investigates and exposes human and labor rights abuses committed by U.S. companies producing goods in the developing world." The 2003 report included interviews with factory workers at Southeast Textiles, allegations about specific abusive working conditions, and an interview with the Human Rights Ombudsman of Honduras, Dr. Ramon Custodio. (The Human Rights Ombudsman's office is a Honduran government office set up in the 1990s to monitor human rights abuses in that country; about 100 nations, worldwide, have set up Human Rights Ombudsman's offices.) The NLC report was bolstered by pay stubs, bathroom passes, bills of lading, and other evidence.

@2:33 I walked away from a company 3 years ago after finding out about some dark activity, and started my own business. I paid my bills up to sustain me. And even though I made good money, I'm sure it was peanuts compared to what this ninja Bonds was making. So I don't want to hear it. People leave jobs that they hate everyday and bounce back. Fluck some bills! They'll always be there. My peace of mind takes priority.

Snitch,
Do you operate this site with your finger on the delete button? You just wake up with delete and censorship on your mind, huh? What is the actual point of having a comment section if you're just gonna sit there and erase comments that YOU personally don't agree with? Who is running this site now?
Now go ahead and delete this comment.....smh

He stayed for the paycheck and the clout of saying he was Diddy’s bodyguard. Now the check is over he suddenly has morals…right…..💅🏽

This site is posting on blogger. There has always been a glitch that deletes comments or sends them for review automatically and then Snitch has to manually go in to fix the comment posts. i asked about this a long time ago.

Dirty Diddy Did It!

He probably was paid a flat hourly wage for local assignments and per diem and travel reimbursements for out-of-town work and maybe a little more to go overseas. That's about it. Just because he made money doesn't mean that he made lots of money.

Cassie stood on her business and did what she had to do. As for these bodyguards and the sort they stayed because they needed the money and loved the life style. Guess that is the only reason Cassie stayed but either way its over for Diddy.

Anonymous said...

Wasn't Tiny trying to raise money for a celebrity bodyguard stuck overseas? Probably because they don't have or make the kind of money thst some people may think that they do.

So as long as you on the payroll you will overlook women getting violently beaten. Does he not recollect that a few of RKelly henchmen also got some prison time? It's called RICO. He's admitting that he was a part of the cover up for crimes. How sad is it that you only telling your truth after knowing that Cassie got an 8 figure payday. Weak asses.
