Former Friend Testifies Against Keefe D

Back in September West Coast gangster Keefe D was arrested for the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur [click here if you missed that].

Now Keefe is upset after a former associate agreed to testify against him at trial...

From The Sun
THE man who is accused of the murder of Tupac Shakur has branded one of the key witnesses against him as a “NOT KNOWING S***”.
Self-confessed gangster Duane "Keefe D" Davies is livid that former gang member and "homie gone rogue" Devonta Lee gave evidence against him for the recent Grand Jury hearings - and will do again at his 2025 trial.
Keefe and his legal team believe Lee's comments should be dismissed as "hearsay" for the upcoming trial rather than be viewed as a bombshell testimony, a source told The U.S. Sun.
Nonetheless, Keefe is "p****d" at "having to deal with this", given that Lee was in jail, not Las Vegas, during the tragic weekend Tupac was shot.
Keefe is ready to have his legal team “tear apart” comments from Lee, claiming that he knew little about his life or world.
Lee’s testimony places Keefe at the scene of Tupac's assassination on September 7 1996.
He was roommates with Deandrae "Big Dre" Smith, who was in the white Cadillac that chased Tupac and Suge Knight across Las Vegas on the night they were shot.
Lee described how Big Dre informed him that Keefe was in charge of the car which was driven by Terrence "T-Brown" Brown and had nephew Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson, in the rear seat.
One bombshell comment from Lee alleges how Keefe was pivotal in the kill: "They got on the side of him. Keefe handed the gun to Lane."
Lee told the jury Keefe was the one who handled the night's arrangements and also claimed he had to go to another gang kingpin named Eric "Von Zip" Martin to get a Glock pistol for a potential attack.
The Las Vegas District Attorney is using Lee's evidence to help build a murder case against Keefe.
"Keefe is simply p****d off with this little homie trying to make his life hell," an acquaintance of Keefe revealed.
"His family all think that this man wants to make a name for himself in the trial and get famous. He is a homie gone rogue.
"There is no love lost between them. They all ran in the same world and lifestyle, but had some kind of difference which we are not sure of at the moment.
"But while Keefe is just p****d about this, he has been told by lawyers that this testimony should not really hold up.
"It is just hearsay. Lee was not in Vegas at all when all this went down or straight after. It is his second hand report of what his Big Dre supposedly said - and of course Dre is dead so those words cannot be questioned.
"It is a bit of s*** show."
The source added: “Obviously another thing in this whole case is about snitching.
"Gang members should not snitch. But let’s be honest to some of them guys, Keefe doesn’t abide by the rules either as he has been talking for years about ‘Pac.”
In transcripts of Grand Jury testimony obtained by The U.S Sun, Lee detailed the key moments surrounding the shooting of Tupac.
Other claims made by Lee included that the white Cadillac, used by Keefe and his pals on the night of the shooting, had been driven around Compton a couple of days before the Vegas trip.
He also claimed that Big Dre actually fired the weapon and shot Tupac - not "Baby Lane" Anderson - as Keefe has claimed in media interviews and in his book Compton Street Legend.

It sounds like the new witness is only reciting Keefe's own testimony as evidence. Nothing to see here but another Tupac set-up.

Keefe is only in jail because he bragged about killing Tupac in a book. Dummy.
