This week actor Jamie Foxx was accused of fondling a woman without her consent in a New York restaurant eight years ago [click here if you missed that].

Jamie Foxx is vehemently denying allegations he sexually assaulted a model ... pushing back on the claims she's making in a recent lawsuit.
A spokesperson for Jamie tells TMZ ... "The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then."
We broke the story ... Jamie is being sued by a woman who claims he got handsy with her at a swanky NYC rooftop restaurant back in August 2015, accusing him of groping her without consent.
In the suit, the woman claims she asked Jamie for a photo and he told her, "Wow, you have that supermodel body" and "You smell so good." She says he pulled her by the arm to a back area and started running his hands all over her body, including on her vagina, breasts and anus.
Jamie's spokesperson says his camp is confident the claims will be dismissed and adds ... "And once they are, Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action."

I'm a staunch supporter of SA victims but something about this rings as "Jaime made someone powerful very mad." I'm not saying the man is perfect, but he's always lived out loud and none of his personality remotely gives chester the "mole-esther". Also he's never been into chics on that hyper sexual level. He likes plain janes, not industry women. If he did it, I'm sorry but I feel someone is after him because he was supposed to testify but then git critically ill, now this.
