Tyrese Gibson is being sued over extensive alterations made to an Airbnb, and the owner is asking for him to pay for the damages.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast show that the “Fast & Furious” actor is getting sued for over $25,000. The filing alleges he made too many alterations to an Airbnb during his short stay there. The suit comes just one month after he was slammed with a $10 million lawsuit for defamation and libel.

A woman named Tiffanique Webb has filed legal action against Tyrese for “property damage” in the Superior Court of California.

According to the docs, the “Excessive alterations to property rented” and the damages being in “excess of the social security deposit by the tenants to Air BnB agent” had resulted in the owner suffering “loss of use of property,” “property damage,” and “loss of capacity of earning.”

In the filing, she is demanding that Tyrese pay her a compensation of at least $25,000 to correct the errors he made while in her rental property.
