Keke Palmer's ex-boyfriend isn't going down without a fight. In new legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Darius Jackson accused the Nope actress of abuse, claiming she was the aggressor for most of their relationship. He also demanded her restraining order against him be dismissed.
The docs were filed in Los Angeles on Friday, just one month after Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson and temporary sole custody of their 10-month-old son, Leo.
RadarOnline.com broke the story — Jackson objected to Palmer's request for sole custody of their child, informing the court he believes they should share joint physical and legal custody. In November, Darius was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the actress and their son until a future hearing. Now, he wants the TRO tossed.
Jackson outlined several alleged incidents to back up his abuse claims in the newly filed docs. FYI — Keke's real name is Lauren.
"On August 20, 2021, Lauren punched Darius in the face at a birthday party," Jackson's filing read. He also accused her of grabbing his arms, punching him, and calling him over 200 times.
"On October 24, 2021, Lauren violently gripped Darius' arm to prevent him from leaving her house," he claimed. "On November 17, 2021, after Darius told her he would not spend the night with her, Lauren called him over 200 times and sent him over 50 emails."
The filing also alleged that on one occasion, "Lauren punched Darius and left marks on his body," and another time, "Lauren attacked Darius by choking and hitting him."
Jackson claimed Keke "berated" him, "calling him names such as a 'b----, a punk a--, and a loser.'"
As this outlet reported, Palmer was granted the temporary restraining order after claiming she suffered domestic violence at the hands of Jackson several times during and after their two-year relationship.
RadarOnline.com obtained screenshots from her security footage that she used as evidence in her plea for protection. In the photos, Jackson appeared to be physically attacking her.

A 3rd party need to be involved with the custody exchange and they need not go around each other they both should be made to stop talking about each other to the media and if they are caught doing so they should be held in contempt! They should be ordered not to speak bad about each other around the child. They should have not had a child together idk why keke did this it’s like she was looking to add some drama or spice to her life cuz she was doing just fine

So he was persistent in his ex getting an abortion, and he’s saying Ke Ke is the aggressor, but wants the restraining order tossed? If anything Leodis is nothing more than his meal ticket and access to KeKe’s funds. I hope the judge does not grant his request. He needs to leave her alone.

Halle Berry and Britney Spears both have the same thing in common, they have ex-husbands who took them to the cleaners with child support.
9:23pm he is a abuser just like his father and brother his own mother accused his father of abuse and this nut job went to court and testified against his mother saying she was lying. This the same mother that was on keke momma phone going off about her son like she don’t know his daddy and brother are abusive how all these women just making up stuff on him his brother and his daddy? Sorry but keke should have not got involved with this guy some mental health illnesses are hereditary or if a close relative like father brother mother sister has certain mental health issues it increases ones chance of also having it!! This is why we as black women need to take a step back from having babies until we truly understand what’s at stake! It’s not just about hair color skin color and eye color! It’s genetics!! Some behavior are inherited and some are learned those inherited things you can’t do anything about you can’t love it away you can’t raise it away!

11:57 AM, Keke has very little self esteem (proven by who she procreated with) and she's always been open about that fact. She even expressed a certain amount of shame about her looks so why you mad about my comment? Why does it bother you so much? Did I tell a lie?
