Last month Sean 'Diddy' Combs was sued by a woman claiming she had an inappropriate encounter with the music mogul when she was 17-years-old [click here if you missed that].

A lawyer for Diddy told a judge that a confidential issue beyond his control means the mogul needs more time to reply to Jane Doe’s lawsuit.
“Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Combs Defendants, which circumstances are of a confidential nature, we respectfully request that the Court modify the Motion Schedule to extend Defendants’ time to file their opposition to the Motion from December 27, 2023 to January 17, 2024, and extend Plaintiff’s time to file a reply, if any, from January 8, 2024 to January 31, 2024,” Diddy’s lawyer Jonathan Davis wrote to the court.
In past court documents obtained exclusively by AllHipHop.com, Diddy and Harve have already indicated that they don’t consent to Jane Doe’s motion to proceed anonymously.
Doe’s lawyer, Douglas H. Wigdor, has emphasized the importance of her anonymity, highlighting the potential chilling effect on future plaintiffs and the significant trauma she has already experienced due to the alleged assault.
The disagreement has set the stage for the first major battle in the high-stakes lawsuit.

Yeah well we all know he did it and he's a rapist women beater so I hope he's using this time to gather the money he's about to hand over to these victims.
People are anonymous for a reason and it's usually for protection or retaliation. Not to mention, someone who has been SA'ed, should be protected from ridicule and embarrassment.

He is gonna end up paying her off. This 1 is a no brainer. Idk if she was truly raped or not but a photo of a 17 year old (that you arent related to) sitting on your grown ass lap is not gonna look good in court.
The reason he hasnt paid her off already is most likely because the lawyers are on holiday vacation. This will be settled by Jan 3.

With regards to the photos...
If you look at the lawsuit, the photos included were cell phone camera images of the photos in an album.
You were assaulted by 3 men in a studio, yet went home and glued the photos from that night (aka reminders) in an album for you... for you and your family members/friends to see on a regular basis????
Also...how did they get from Chicago to NYC that night?
Was it a commercial flight?
How was she able to board the plane as a minor?
This was post 9/11, so security checks were stringent. The fake ID she used to get into the club would definitely not work for boarding a plane!

She was SEVENTEEN. Even if she consented its still rape and trafficking. You cant bring a 17 year old across state lines to fk in your studio then send her home like nothing happened. He is dumb as hell and even dumber for letting her take pics.
He didnt know she was 17. I doubt she was "raped" as well. He probably promised her a career and now she's bitter and 50 pounds overweight with 5 kids to feed. Somebody is probably trying to leak her info to the blogs but the bloggers are too scared to post it.
