Iman Shumpert Granted Temporary Parenting Time

Last month it was revealed that Teyana Taylor had secretly filed for divorce from her husband Iman Shumpert and accused him of being lax in his parenting of their two kids [click here if you missed that].

Meanwhile Iman has been awarded temporary parenting time until a formal custody agreement is reached....

Teyana Taylor and her ex-Iman Shumpert are still fighting it out in divorce court, but the ex-NBA star was awarded temporary parenting time with his daughters until a custody decision is reached.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, last week, a hearing was held as part of Teyana and Iman’s divorce. Iman’s lawyer raised the issue of their client having set custody time with their kids, Iman "Junie" Tayla Shumpert Jr., 7, and Rue Rose Shumpert, 3.
After Iman’s lawyer made his argument, the court granted Iman parenting time and he will have the kids for 4-6 days out of the month. He was ordered to pick up his kids at Teyana’s home and drop them back off after his time was over.
Per the deal, Teyana will continue to have primary custody of the children and they will celebrate Christmas with her too. The temporary deal will remain in place until the judge determines who is awarded custody.
As we previously reported, Teyana demanded primary custody of their kids and child support. The entertainer secretly filed for divorce in January after 7 years of marriage.
Teyana said, "she has been the primary caretaker of the parties’ minor children since their births and that it would be in the best interests of” their children to live with her.
She claimed her daughters often "appear to be disheveled" and "are not fed properly” while in Shumpert’s care.

Such a beautiful family.
Why in the hell can't we keep our families together? So tired of all this trauma on this planet earth.

I think in divorces things sometimes get out of hand. Just because one person wants to move on from the relationship, you can't keep the kids from the other parent. I once worked for a judge. This city rotated judges in family court. He would always start proceedings by saying YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT YOUR PROPERTY. You can't keep them from the other parent because you don't like them anymore.

11:41 bc a lotta men are low value. bible says he who finds a wife finds a good thing, not the other way round. it also says in the last days the love of mankind will grow cold. he will regret his actions very likely.

Think she is a very beautiful lady but I am a little disturbed by her letting some high paid mouthpiece take those kinds of liberties with language about the Father of her children in a court document she had to know sooner or later the filings would become fodder for public consumption. One day when those children are older someone will ask them about this and most likely they will have vague memories at best due to being very young now but at some point, she will have to explain to them why she allowed an outsider to publicly smear him from the outside looking in seems to be a case of an attorney using the strongest language possible to describe minor peeves of hers in the most damaging and defaming way possible. She should remember long after that attorney has moved on to chasing his next ambulance she her kids and him will have to live with the aftermath of letting an attorney take a win at all costs approach when there are no repercussions for the attorney doing permanent damage to his and her relationship moving forward regardless of marital status they are forever bound to one another, she should remember the attorney work is at her service not the other way around.

Maybe i'm lost here but wasn't he the one that filed court paperwork to make everything public? Like she filed with her initials to keep it on the low.
