Ok that’s not a copy really. This unknown does have a pretty good theme working here but that’s not what Megan has. Totally different videos - somewhat related themes but the unknown’s setting is her entire video and Megan visits a similar setting for a few seconds. It’s similar in the sense if Megan’s video made a stop in London, and this unknown made a stop in London in her video too, is that a ripoff? Either way, this unknown is getting her video seen so she should be pleased.
