I always say, Beyonce, had the best PR in the industry, cause they created the biggest smoke and mirrors when it comes to her networth and fame. Beyonce is the only blk artist that the industry *ALLOWED* to stay on top. It's the only explanation for how she has the most mediocre music catalog, with the same album sales for nearly 20yrs. Bey's US sales never surpass 4 million, but somehow she's the queen? Even MJB and Usher have diamond albums - but neither Jay nor Bey have it- but they're somehow deemed hip-hop royalty? Without the catalog or sales? Tell me you aren't an industry plant without telling me. Smh.
