This is great, Cori. Keep it up. Not a lot of young people pay attention to those signs and they really should. People get used to feeling bad and don’t get check ups because they think they need to just sleep it off. You gone go to sleep forever not taking your health seriously.
I’m glad she’s doing better. It’s crazy she has hypertension at such a young age. I thought her stroke was from birth control or drug use…….now it sounds like untreated hypertension.

She needs to invest in some kind of smart watch. They really do save lives including my own.
