Last year reality TV star Joseline Hernandez was arrested in Miami after getting into a drug fueled rage and attacking everyone in sight, including recording artist Big Lex [click here if you missed that].
Now Joseline has been sentenced to 2 years probation after accepting a plea deal...

TMZ Hip Hop obtained docs of Joseline's plea deal that lays out the terms of her sentence ... she ended up pleading no contest to a slew of charges, including resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and more after prosecutors say she hit the officers trying to keep her from pummeling Lex.
The Love & Hip Hop: Miami star will now be subjected to random drug testing and will have to enroll in a 29-week batterer's intervention program class online to learn how to better de-escalate situations.
Joseline is also barred from having contact with the victim and the victim's family ... and will have to write a letter of apology to the off to the deputies involved in her arrest.
Joseline's still allowed to travel throughout the U.S. during her probation so her cabarets may continue ... but she'll have to run her itinerary by the probation department first.

All jokes aside, this woman has been used and abused by ppl that were supposed to love and protect her as a child and young woman. Stop judging her so harshly. You're not perfect. She does need lots of help.

Did you all really watch it though? It was odd AF to me. The other woman is allegedly a fighter so I was confused as to how Joseline was able to go megatron on her ripping her shirt off beating her like that. The guy that was with her was cursing her out for getting beat up. I was so confused . I didn’t know what I was watching. Joseline was unhinged and nobody could contain her. I do believe she was failed by many. Joseline’s daughter is her only calm and peace.

She should’ve gotten jail time, then probation. Maybe even in care psychiatric treatment.
The courts failed the victim (Lex) she should sue her in civil court.
