Kevin Hart Produces Former Assistant's NDA

Last month comedian Kevin Hart filed a defamation of character lawsuit against his former personal assistant after she sat for an interview with gossip vlogger Tasha K [click here if you missed that].

Now Kevin has submitted his former assistant's non-disclosure agreement to the court...

Kevin Hart revealed the non-disclosure agreement signed by his ex-assistant Miesha Shakes as part of his defamation lawsuit against his former employee and blogger Tasha K.
RadarOnline.com has obtained the evidence submitted in court by the comedian as part of his plea for a restraining order and injunction.
Last month, Kevin sued the duo over an interview Miesha did with Tasha. The entertainer said Miesha made several false claims about him in her sit-down.
Miesha worked for Kevin from August 2017 to October 2020.
In his suit, Kevin claimed an associate of Tasha contacted his team before she published the interview. He claimed the associate said the interview would be shelved IF Kevin coughed up $250k.
Kevin said he refused to pay and contacted the police. His team fired off a cease and desist letter to Tasha demanding she not post the interview due to Miesha being under an NDA and due to her making alleged false claims about him.
Tasha blew off the cease-and-desist letter and decided to publish the interview.
Kevin attached to his motion the NDA signed by Miesha.
The agreement was executed on October 22, 2020 — after her employment ended. Per the deal, Kevin agreed to pay Miesha $30k per year for a period of three years and health insurance for 36 months.
Miesha agreed to not disclose confidential information learned during her employment — and would not exploit Kevin’s name without his advance written consent.
A judge has yet to rule on Kevin’s request for a restraining order.

It says a lot that someone is willing to break an NDA. Torrei should be glad he moved on.

Truly hope his time is up he's not funny. Basic and boring. NDA's expires of written right. So there's might have ended.

Extortion is criminal activity.

Do these people understand they could do real time for this? Breaking an NDA is not a joke. Especially when you got severance pay.

The question is why did she break a legal NDA document knowing she could get sued? We know TK has no money to pay her for the interview. Was she mad at Kevin for something? SIMP

How did she benefit from gossiping?

He coming for Tasha and that assistant neck. I don’t care for him, but I know right from wrong and Tasha and that assistant were foul. Tasha gone mess around and go permanently “missing” if she keep on. Wendy Williams at her worst, drunk and drugged out would NEVER. 🎯

So basically he’s guilty outside of the nda clause

That was a decent severance package.

I hope miesha and Tasha end up in jail for violating. They're both birds

Either she wasn’t the brightest bulb or something happened that made her want to spill the tea without giving a single fcuk about the outcome.

TashaK benefitted by garnering clicks and views on the You-Tube Channel. What was the ex-employees gain?

In the interview she claims that she likes Kevin's current wife and didn't like the fact that he was cheating on her, which is why she broke the NDA- weak as claim to me. Also I think cause he didnt pay her enough, but she knee that when she took the job. He paid for her health insurance and $30k even though she no longer worked for him, wish I could get something like that and go get another job.

Not enough clicks to pay Belcalis Cephus.

The NDA was for 3 years from the start of October 18, 2020. She did the interview in November 2023.

She didn’t violate the NDA she just waited patiently to air him out.

The ex- employee was really pissed at Kevin, to air his lil ass out. He seem's like a d*ckhead behind closed doors.
