Good for her. This brought about a flashback to when she celebrated her 40th birthday on her talk show (I was a stay at home mom at the time and lived through her show). It was as if she was trying to convince herself that being 40 was going to be ok. Ha! We all get old. And look at all she's accomplished since then.
Didn't she admit to getting the help? And she definitely used the better-than-ozempic shot but still, so what? As wealthy as she is, she will have a lifetime battle with her weight. She lost all that weight in the 90s and she looked great using a short cut then too. I’ll never forget that wagon filled with fat she was carrying to the stage. Anyway, no matter how she loses the weight, keeping it off once again is where the lifetime work will continue. Til then, she made it to 70 and can do whatever she wants. Good for her.
She is 70 and still active as she should be! But, Oprah has yet to come to grips with her weight and body image. At 70 she is still running away from who she is at her core, a chubby little neglected and abused girl from the south.
