Last year Fugees rapper Pras Michel filed a motion for a new trial after blasting his attorney, former Death Row lawyer David Kenner, for using an artificial intelligence app to craft the closing arguments for Pras' conspiracy and money laundering trial, where he was found guilty on all charges [click here if you missed that].
Now Kenner has pled guilty to misdemeanor criminal contempt for leaking evidence...
According to reports David Kenner pled guilty and has been sentenced to one year of probation and a $500 fine for leaking confidential discovery materials from Pras' trial to Bloomberg Media, who printed the materials in several articles.
Meanwhile Pras is still waiting on a ruling for his request for a new trial.
