Last month comedian Kevin Hart filed a lawsuit against gossip vlogger Tasha K after accusing her of extortion [click here if you missed that].
Now Tasha is request Kevin's lawsuit is put on hold while she deals with her bankruptcy case...

The blogger whom Kevin Hart accused of attempting to extort him asked a judge to press the brakes on the comedian’s recently filed civil lawsuit — due to her ongoing bankruptcy.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Tasha K asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to issue a stay in Hart’s case — which would essentially put it on pause.
Tasha said she filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2023. As a result, all civil lawsuits against her were put on pause and no new actions can be brought against her until the bankruptcy is finalized — unless the judge presiding over the case signs off on Hart moving forward despite the bankruptcy being unresolved.
Hart has yet to file a request in the bankruptcy case.

As much as I dislike Kevin Hart, I can’t stand Tasha K. And some slave mentality poster will come in here and defend her just because she’s black. When you wrong, you just wrong no matter what color you are. She takes no responsibility and could care less the financial burdens she’s putting on her family, hiding assets, ducking creditors, playing hide and seek with the IRS. She doesn’t care. She just wants to be internet famous. May Kevin and Cardi get every single penny. I would call her a dumb bird, but I don’t want to offend the birds. 🐦
What she mean, put it on pause? She didn't pause that sh!t talking she was doing. Girl, you better get on that pole or on that stroll to get her money up.

@4:54 Kevin not denying anything. He is a cheater we all know that. Most of don’t like him and we are sick of him, and we truly could care less for his wife either, she wanted that little cheat so she got him.
BUT What was wrong was a NDA that was signed not under any circumstances of duress was absolutely violated, and that’s after he gave her a decent severance. He didn’t do her dirty, but she definitely did to him. Then Tasha tried to BLACKMAIL him for a check not to air the interview after the assistant violated her contract. Tasha is evil point blank. It takes a certain kind of psychopath to really go through with blackmailing and pulling the emotional abusive trigger on somebody’s who has never done anything to you just for clicks and clout. Trash 🗑️ 🚯
It's OK for him to ignore Katt, as he should. This is a totally different ball of wax.
