Last year Teyana Taylor filed for divorce from Iman Shumpert after 7 years of marriage and two children together [click here if you missed that].
Now their custody battle is turning nasty after Teyana accuses Iman of being under the influence while watching the kids...

Teyana Taylor says Iman Shumpert ignores the safety of their children when they're in his care ... accusing him of smoking weed and being under the influence when he's with them.
The singer takes some shots at the former NBA player's parenting skills in new legal docs from their nasty divorce ... and Teyana's not pulling any punches.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Teyana claims Iman consistently fails to properly care for their two kiddos ... accusing him of failing to feed them despite being in the family home.
What's more, Teyana says Iman smokes marijuana around the kids and is sometimes under the influence when caring for them.
In one instance, Teyana claims Iman put the kids in a rideshare in Chicago and had them dropped off at the United Center alone while he had a private driver take him to the arena.
Add it all up and Teyana claims Iman "consistently demonstrates a clear disregard for the safety of the minor children."
As we first told you, Iman's denied Teyana's claim that he made her feel endangered when she was with him ... and now she's saying he's putting their kids in danger.

Smoking weed? He was a toker when she met him. She knew how he rolled. I like Teyana but she's being petty. So glad Lisa and the Samoan ain't doin' each other like this.
He's the same person you married 7 yrs ago. Now that the romance is over, now you see problems.
^^^It's never petty to be genuinely concerned for the welfare of your children. You're focused on the weed but mentioned nothing about dude putting an 8 and 3 year-old unsupervised in an Uber. No excuses! Uber drivers can be child predators, too. That is a serious lack of judgement on Iman's part. Teyana seems to think drug use is causing that lack of judgement.
And it's OK to mature when you have kids. Maybe if you have the money you can have a nanny and can step aside to smoke the weed...
712 the point is that he was doing that while they were still together and she didn’t say anything but NOW she brings that up since they are divorcing.

Now they are divorcing he is alone with them there is no other adult to support him and putting your kids in an Uber while you take a private driver is wild

It's a pity they couldn't make it work, they were a beautiful couple. Putting underage children in an uber is reckless and dangerous, that uber driver could have been a child predator and you would have never seen them children again. Yashua take the wheel!!!
This is petty. Safe to say they both probably smoked weed around their kids in the comfort of their own home. Now it's a problem. As far as the Uber, I hope she has receipts because I don't ever recall a ride share driver keeping notes on who was in the car. It's her word against his. Just move on with old girl TT and keep it classy. That man has a right to see his kids.
If they all end up at the same location why the kids have to take an Uber? I need more evidence about this story cause it don't make much sense.
