Jennifer Lopez on performing with Ayo Edebiri on SNL: “She came to my dressing room and apologized with tears in her eyes, saying how terrible it was that she had said those things. She felt really badly and loved my performance because we had just done my soundcheck and she actually got to hear me perform. She was just like, ‘I’m so f---ing sorry, it was so awful of me.’”

Ayo was a little girl talking smack. Didn't realize things get complicated once you make it to the Big Time.
There was no lie. Jennifer also was a dancer for Janet Jackson. Ayo should have kept it to herself if she couldn't stand behind it.
Why did she apologize?
Everybody talks smack about celebrities. No one actually expects to get in a position to rub shoulders with them.
This is ridiculous. Apologize for what? J. Lopez os regular being that take herself WAY too seriously. She did not lose one from this little girls comments. “Tears in her eyes”? Jennifer Lopez is so very over dramatic.

I don't even think she's a great dancer. Jlo only made it because she's exotical to Black folks and we put her on. But once she got where she wanted, she moved on. If she was a Black woman, with the same mediocre talent, she never would have made it out of her borough.

seriously? name one celebrity who had a chokehold on so many things for that long? ok you don't like her singing, but she can dance, she acted in many movies that people LOOOVE, she had a perfume, she worked hard. I consider Bey an entertainer, so is JLO in her own categorieS. it's only a scam if you end up regretting it, none of her fans feel slighted by her. you can't use the same word for KimK and her whole family and JLO. i'm sorry you just can't.
