The judge just ruled Jane Doe must reveal her identity...
According to reports a judge ruled today Jane Doe will have to reveal her identity if Diddy is not successful in having the case thrown out.
And he's trying.
Last week Diddy amended his response to her petition to argue that the case violated his constitutional rights and that he is the victim of cancel culture [click here if you missed that].
Jane Doe's identity will remain secret, or not, until after the final ruling on the matter.

Why is that fair? Victims of sexual assault are traditionally allowed to remain anonymous.
He knows who she is. If she comes up missing the gilt will look worse than it is already.

Someone remaining anonymous has nothing to do with facts of a case. Diddy knows who she is. The public not knowing who she is doesn't make anything less true nor does it automatically mean you'll "get a check".
