Diddy Files Motion to Dismiss

Embattled music mogul, Sean 'Diddy' Combs is being sued over a 20-year-old sexual assault allegation filed by an anonymous woman claiming the incident happened she was a minor [click here if you missed that].

Now Combs is trying to get his business entities dismissed from the case...

Diddy's lawyers motioned today to dismiss his companies as defendants in the federal lawsuit from a woman who says he raped her when she was 17.
