Ja Rule Denied Entry to the UK

Rapper Ja Rule was headed out on a 16 date concert tour of the UK kicking off Friday, March 1 at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff. 

Not anymore. 

Ja claims he already spent half a million dollars out of his own pocket on production before his visa was denied...
