Shannon Sharpe and Mike Epps Call a Truce

This week comedian Mike Epps and sports analyst turned podcaster Shannon Sharpe got into a nasty back and forth after Mike made Shannon the butt of one of his jokes [click here if you missed that].

The guys have decided to bury the hatchet...

10:01, No one is scared of anything in Indiana except the Klan. If they haven't defeated the Klan, they can't say crap to Shannon.

Exactly! Ain't nobody scared of them dusties and they all probably have records because most of them are addicts. Shannon decided to call a truce because he has more to lose than Mike Epps the weirdo. I hope Shannon learned a valuable lesson and next time ignore that bum. Mike only wanted to get some attention and did what most of the youtube content creators do when someone is outdoing them online, they create these stupid beefs to bait you into a back & forth. Shannon took the bait and I'm mad he did that because now it appears he's going to do an interview with him. I won't be watching because Mike Epps is trash!

Saw Epps and everybody in the room seemed to think his mood was kind of sour not sure what that was about we don't know this man's life got a quick moment with him to speak and let him know I thought this was beneath him he is funny has a large and loyal following, can actually act a lot of comedians get by but can't act to save there lives while he can hold his on next to other actors and even steal scenes at times. He does great things for his community out of his own pocket not just lending his name, he is a real one and we need more real ones and fewer sell outs that actually care about his people and his community it would be a shame to have all he has worked for tarnished by a unfortunate incident with Sharpe who is an engaging conversationalist and his on field accolades speak volumes about his talent and accomplishments in that arena. But I think all the bravado was causing him to not think clearly on this a much better look would have been to expose the truth that he did not request that Epps come on his show and leave it at that in case anyone thought Epps was serious I and many I know didn't think he was serious not because he is undeserving of the opportunity but because he was on stage doing what he does making people laugh. Sharpe took him doing what he does as something I didn't understand had Epps shot back and said "yes he did contact me and ask me to be on his show" then Sharpe would have been on point with his reaction and stating he was "lying on his name" but he Epps made it clear he Sharpe did not ask him to be on the show the very first time he commented on this whole situation, so in my opinion Sharpe handles this poorly. But he has come to see things differently now I think and I give big respect to both of these Kings for doing the adult thing and handling this like the Kings that they are.
