Last night rapper 50 Cent's baby mama, Daphne Joy, accused him of 6ual assault after he called her out for being listed in the lawsuit filed against Bad Boy Entertainment Sean "Diddy" Combs by former Bad Boy music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones [click here if you missed that].
In his official statement 50 denies Daphne's claims and confirms he is seeking sole custody of their son, Sire...
Jackson strongly denied the accusations in a statement his rep sent to The U.S. Sun on his behalf.
Jackson said in the statement through his rep, "The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire.
"The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son.
"My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time."
Joy and Jackson broke up in 2012 after two years of dating.

So let me get this right. They broke up over a decade ago and she's been the primary caregiver since. In all that time he didn't have a problem with how she was raising their son and never sought sole custody. Now how is it she's unfit now? Where Fofty been hiding at? Why wasn't he paying attention to the comings and goings of this bad mother if he was so involved in his child's life? How did he not know what she was doing all these years if he was an actively involved father like he pretends to be? These dudes kill me trynna swoop in and act like they even want to be more than a part-time parent. He don't care nothing about raising no kid. His ego's bruised and this is about retaliation.
50 is a bully and because this woman has embarrassed him in that lawsuit by being called a S** Worker, he now wants to gain primary custody of their son. BS! He knew all about this girl from day one but he probably thought his money and influence would be enough to control her and turn her into his play thing. He wants to control the narrative and his way is to take her son from her to make him look less of a sucka. He should take his L and go sit down somewhere.
His attempt to get out of paying child support. Smh. Also, taking her child will hurt her more than anything on earth. Her son is 12 and is old enough to know the truth and so tell him what 50 is pulling. He knows he hasn't seen his father more than a few times for photo opps. I hope this boy is as strong and as loyal as Marquise. I can tell she really loves her son. 50 hasn't seen his worst day yet but what goes around comes around. He stays attacking people who don't attack him. Prayers for the family. Smh.
Daphne messed up being nice to a hoodlum. She needed to examine how he treated past women and buck up on him.

Past being a Great Producer IDK about 50. He is so concerned about shorty but he has 2 sons and if how he treated that childs mother is any indication about this next one clearly she can get it too and he about to go in.
