Before hooking up with rock star Cher, music exec Alexander 'AE' Edwards was in an open relationship with Amber Rose, unbeknownst to Amber at the time [click here if you missed that]. 

Amber, who shares a child with AE, says she's happy he's with Cher...

...because she creates a stable environment for their son.

“I’m very happy that he’s with Cher because it creates stability for when [our] son goes over there,” she tells Jason Lee in an upcoming episode of “The Jason Lee Show.”

“That it’s not all mayhem and stuff,” she adds of her son being around Edwards and the pop singer, who is 39 years his senior.

“He goes to Chers house?” he questioned. “So you’re definitely not the mom that’s like ‘You’re not going over there.'”

“Absolutely not, why would I do that?” the rapper responded. “Let’s be very clear — why would I ever be mad at her? I don’t want him.”
