DC Young Fly Removes GoFundMe Started by Jacky Oh's Family

Last year comedian DC Young Fly's partner, former Wild 'N Out cast member Jacky Oh, died after complications from a plastic surgery make-over [click here if you missed that].

Jacky's sister started a GoFundMe account to pay off the mortgage on the house Jacky left behind, but DC got the account pulled down...

From Page Six
The family of the late TV personality Jacky Oh deleted their GoFundMe to raise $1 million to save her home after her longtime partner, D.C. Young Fly, said it was “fake.”
On Thursday, Page Six obtained a screenshot of the crowdfunding page in question; however, moments later it was deleted and the page now says, “Fundraiser not found.”
In an exclusive statement to Page Six, the comedian’s publicist firm, BStarPR, said they took “swift action to ensure the fundraiser was removed” and are “highly pleased with this result.”
“I hope people remember Jacky for her brilliance and values. Please continue to keep the family in your prayers. We look forward to providing her viewers with upcoming announcements regarding her continued legacy soon!”

Confused why DC wouldn't keep the home for his children..Either rent it out or sell it and give the profit to her children...

When she died, where was the life insurance policy to pay off the house? She has been dead for almost a year, why is this still an issue? That man is the reason she is dead. What 30 something woman with 3 kids needs a money makeover? No one.

A dead woman does not need a million dollar house. Her kids are being sheltered by their daddy so it's obvious the family members who were mooching off of her want to continue staying there mortgage-free.

No way I would donate to saving a home to a house i was never invited too. If this home is foreclosure her family wont get a dime of the foreclosure sale. Someone trying to get a coin off her house by gofundme.

@9:08, me too. They weren't married and he could've kept paying and put the title in the children's name. I don't think the fam is scamming. OT: They didn't say the house was worth a milly, they said they're aiming for that and what's left over will be put in a trust for the kids. Does HE have a trust for his kids? If not he need to STFU & STFD.

Why should he shut up when he's the sole caregiver of those kids? Why would young children need a house in their name that they aren't living in? Those are his kids, not her sisters' so she needs to fall back and let daddy do what daddy's supposed to do.

^it's called a legacy, an inheritance, passing it down. Something you do when you're thinking about the kids and aren't selfish. I doubt he's a good dad, he wasn't a good boyfriend.

Starting GFM for a home for a woman who is no longer alive is strange AF. A home is not a legacy and saving it after she died would be foolish! Did they think they could turn it into a museum? Idiotic! They were trying to come up by using their dead relative's name and I'm glad that stupid GFM is no longer available.
