"Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences," said attorney Aaron Dyer in a statement to PEOPLE. "There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated."
Dyer explained that the Bad Boy Records founder — who is currently facing five lawsuits accusing him of 6ual assault — "was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities" throughout the ordeal.
"Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way," added the lawyer.
"This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits," added Dyer.
The statement concluded, "There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name."

He's not lying tho, they didn't need military vehicles. They knew who was in there before they went in there. A few police cars and a k-9 would have worked. They were just there to collect computers and phones.

Everything is a witch hunt if you are a witch. There hasn’t been a civil or criminal finding of liability…YET. Diddy Did everything they said he did.

@10:37 as if they hadn't had the homes under surveillance. Only people that were there were employees. Diddy wasn't even at home to be high with loaded guns.
The way they tore his home up was totally unnecessary.
