Dave is a legend and Dylan is still sensitive.
He mad at the wrong person. He should blame his mama or whoever named Dylan and taught him how to pronounce it DIE-LON.
And that skit was funny AF! Nobody would've cared about him otherwise if it wasn't for that stupid pronunciation.
He was lazy and unmotivated.

He's not looking at the bigger picture--which is that NONE of the members in The Band made it big. If it was only because of that joke, the others would have had a better chance of making it. And they didn't not because of jokes on The Chapelle Show but because they linked up with Puffy.

He trippin’… the Dave Chappelle was the best thing to happen to him. Way before the social media explosion…You can’t pay for that type of promotion. He failed to capitalize on the buzz. You can’t blame anyone for that but yourself Dylan.
1. I think Puffy blackballed all of them.
2. He showed his behind on the show and gave Chappelle the material.
3. Doing all of this shows, all these years later, why he was never going to blow up. He's a dramatic toddler and he was never that great to begin with.
His name is out there. Do an OnlyFans and capitalize off that classic joke.
