Jussie Smollett Case Headed to Illinois Supreme Court


Last month actor Jussie Smollett filed a motion to appeal his conviction on felony disorderly conduct charges, for staging a hate crime hoax in Chicago, all the way to the Illinois Supreme Court [click here if you missed that].

The Justices have agreed to hear the case...

The Illinois Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal from actor Jussie Smollett after a ruling upheld his Cook County conviction for lying about an alleged hate crime, court records show.
No date for the hearing has been determined.

Surely he's broke by now with all these court cases, lawyer fees and lack of work.
