A rep for MGM Resorts International tells TMZ ... the singer doesn't have a $50 million gambling tab on the books with them -- even though some recently alleged the opposite. Instead, MGM came to Bruno's defense ... calling the allegation he owes a massive sum completely false.

@7:41 I get the urge to know tea, but let us not. Whatever that single-cell mind is doing to harass this site should be ignored. I don't want to see the day when this site gets as low as to stay bothered or even post about people who live as professional trolls/clout-chasers. I mean once in awhile they are attached to other talented names, but too often is when this site becomes just another MTO. Whatever that bird wants, that bird now knows it ain't no secret. Now shoo. They either made it go away to hush down the media storm or he probably owes the dope man or a bookie but there's something to this story. It didn't just appear out of thin air.

@8:59....Bingo. He owes someone money and its probably MGM, but they can't leak high profile debts (bad for business) so they will publicly deny this story.
