Oprah tells Jimmie Kimmel,
“I decided that because this special was really important to me and I wanted to be able to talk about whatever I want to talk about, and WeightWatchers is now in the business of being a weight health company that also administers drug medications for weight, I did not want to have the appearance of any conflict of interest.”
“So I resigned from the board and I gave—donated all of my shares to the National Museum of African American History [and Culture]. So nobody can say: ‘Oh, she’s doing that special, she’s making money, and promoting…’ No, you cannot say that.”

Oprah is on an image control campaign. She cares what other people think of her. She wants to liked, adored and praised as the “good semaritan”. It’s all FAKE.
She should have resigned the minute she put that first pill in her big ole mouth for losing weight. She hood-winked folks into thinking they were going to look slim without the pills. When she showed up on the Red Carpet for Color Purple everyone was gasping at her small waste. OW had to do something in order not to hurt the company's reputation after she cheated with the pills.
Her @ss will get fat again as soon as she gets a hold of a loaf of Potatoe Bread. LOLOL
