I loved that movie "Soul Food!" Wouldn't it be awesome if they made another movie but about their Offsprings now that the Cast has gotten older. I would definitely pay to see that. They all look great to me. That movie was the bomb I don't care what anyone thinks! Now see, Im'ma have to go watch it. Lol
I loved Soul Food the movie then and I love it even more so today. We need more movies about black families showing the ups and downs of each character. I especially enjoyed the series on HBO as well.
1:09 They would have to be serious about the casting and talent in order for it to be successful. Whoever does the casting for 50’s Power series should be duly noted. Or get someone with the same expertise. Otherwise, it’s just a dud. I’m over the remakes and part 2’s with many of great originals. They are just giving half assed acting. I remember when Issa wanted to do a Set It Off remake. Really dumb. That’s like micas thinking they can do another Training Day.
It's a good look. Glad they could all come back together. I loved Soul Food because it wasn't degrading to us and it represented a real Black family dynamic. People age differently and plastic surgery doesn't always turn out well but Viv seems really sweet so I'll leave that alone.
