Kid Cudi has been having a rough few years at Coachella.
Two years ago he was pelted with bottles and booed off stage after being named a last minute replacement for Kanye West [click here if you missed that].
This year Cudi broke his foot after making a bad attempt at jumping off the stage...

I would love to know - how do these people make any money?? Like he hasn’t had a record out in more than ten years like since I was in my twenties and now I’m in my early 40s… you know what I’m saying?? Anyone knows how’s these people making money? Just asking…
@ Lynny. I too have the same question, but since the info of Diddy and "The FO Tapes" have been released, I'm started to think entertainers on the tapes that haven't entertained in forever and a day, must receive constant payments for their participation, because how are they still living million dollar lives and still being given access to high end stores, etc without an album or successful business in sight. Like, how is Justin Beiber still making money without doing anything, his music isn't being played or featured in tv/movies or maybe it is, IDK
Cudi had a successful animated movie on Netflix recently so he's paid. Can't think of the name but it's easy to find. I don't follow him but my boyfriend's millenial daughter loves him and says he has multiple streams of income.
They all live off of royalties. If there writers/publishers of their own music, they make pennies per songs played on radio or streaming any and everywhere it’s played. Adds up
