Megan Thee Stallion Shuts Down Allegations

This week Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion's former personal photographer Emilio Garcia filed a sixual harassment lawsuit against her claiming he was forced to watch her have six with another woman in a moving vehicle in Ibiza, Spain [click here if you missed that].

Meg's legal team says it never happened....

Megan's attorney Alex Spiro said in a statement to PEOPLE: "This is an employment claim for money — with no sixual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court."

Fun Fact: The same lawyer suing Lizzo for harassment [click here if you missed that], is also representing Emilio.

I think the idea that this is somehow a sexual abuse lawsuit stems from what Garcia says happened in Ibiza, which by my reading is the only basis for the lawsuit’s “hostile work environment” claim.
