Wendy Williams' Ex Drops Lawsuit Against Insurance Company Over Totaled Ferrari

Last year former daytime talk show host Wendy Williams' ex husband, Kevin Hunter, filed a lawsuit against his auto insurance company claiming they refused to pay out on his totaled Ferrari, after it was allegedly left out in the rain with the top down and never started again [click here if you missed that].

After a meteorologist testified that there was no rain in the area on the day of the reported incident, Kevin decided to drop the case...

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Kevin and Essentia Insurance Company informed the court they wished to dismiss all claims against each other.
In the recent filing by the parties, their lawyers explained, The parties respectfully request that this Court enter an order dismissing with prejudice all of Plaintiff's claims against Defendant, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs in this action and that the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement between the Parties dated April 23, 2024."

This dummy couldn't even research the weather before he filed claim. He thought no one would check it. His ignorance is astounding. Wendy should have left him in the Brooklyn gutter where she found him.

Someone should tell Kevin that it doesn't work like that. He's already committed insurance fraud by submitting a fraudulent insurance claim. He thinks he's smart but he's more than a dummy!
