Jay Z Accuser May Proceed Anonymously

Nearly a month ago Jay Z's legal team filed a motion demanding Houston attorney Tony Buzbee's client accusing Jay and Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, of rxping her 24 years ago reveal her identity [click here if you missed that].

The request has been denied...

Judge Torres has weighed in on Jay-Z v. Tony Buzbee, and it's a win for Buzbee.

She's allowing plaintiff to proceed anonymously, at least for now, and she called out Alex Spiro's tactics.
