Jay Z Granted Request to File Dismissal

This week the attorney representing Jay Z against the woman accusing him and Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, of rxping her when she was 13-years-old, filed a request for dismissal arguing that the statute of limitations had run out [click here if you missed that].

Judge Torres has granted lawyer Alex Spiro's request to file a dismissal motion in the lawsuit that accuses Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. This is over the objection of the woman's lawyer Tony Buzbee.
