Jay Z Sends Notice of Cease and Desist to YouTuber's Probation Officer?

Last week Jay Z was granted permission to file for a dismissal of the lawsuit filed against him accusing him and Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, of rxping a minor [click here if you missed that].

Now Jay is allegedly going after Youtubers spreading lies about him...
