Duane Martin and his ex-wife Tisha Campbell’s bankruptcy has officially been closed nearly a decade after the exes filed, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the trustee presiding over Duane & Tisha’s Chapter 7 filed a final report on July 16.
The filing said Duane and Tisha had $16 million in claims discharged without payment and $1.7 million was made in distributions to claimants.
The report said assets in the amount of $222,000 were abandoned and the actors had assets worth $91,000 marked as exempt.
The report said the trustee collected over $2 million from the sale of a home owned by the exes, $55,000 in security deposits, $100,000 from one of their former businesses, $713,000 in residuals seized along with tax refunds.
The trustee revealed the majority of Duane and Tisha’s federal tax debt was paid off in the case.
Duane and Tisha initially filed for bankruptcy in January 2016.
