WENDY Williams' son Kevin Hunter Jr has been threatened with eviction from his Miami apartment for the second time.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that the former Wendy Williams Show host's only child was served an eviction notice for his rental on January 28.
This is the second time Kevin, 24, was served with an eviction notice at this address and at least his third eviction proceeding overall during his time living in Florida.
According to court records, Kevin "failed to pay rent due through the month of January," with his monthly rent set at $3,731.
The property's ownership company claimed that Kevin owed a total of $4,316, and that Kevin was served a "notice to pay rent or vacate the premises on January 7, 2025."
According to the filing, Wendy's son heeded the warning quickly, as it appeared that a voluntary dismissal was filed on February 3 by the ownership company, indicating Wendy's son likely paid his back rent.
One source close to the family told The U.S. Sun: "Kevin really needs to get his s**t together.
"He is a grown man, and there's no excuse for him not paying his rent."
