Tony Buzbee Diddy Case Co-Counsel Facing Sanctions

Last week Houston attorney Tony Buzbee was forced to withdraw from over a dozen lawsuits filed against Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, after filing without getting permission to practice in the Southern District of New York, ahead of filing suit [click here if you missed that].

Now Buzbee's co-counsel on the case is also facing disciplinary actions...

The NYC lawyer helping Tony Buzbee is now on the hot seat.

“Mr. Buzbee improperly filed and litigated this case using the ECF credentials of local counsel, whose apparent complicity in his improper conduct may be grounds for sanctions.”
