Sean Kingston Bonds Out

This week rapper Sean Kingston was taken into custody after failing to post $100k bond after his and his mother's conviction on fraud charges in Miami [click here if you missed that].

Sean Kingston's attorney Zeljka Bozanic tells TMZ ... "Mr. Kingston’s bond has been posted and he is in the process of being released."

He's back to home detention, with GPS monitoring, and is required to surrender his passport.

Kingston's attorney Robert Rosenblatt tells TMZ Sean turned down an offer from prosecutors to cut a deal, against his counsel's advice. 

Sentencing is set for July.
