Shilo Sanders drops his dad Deion Sanders and signs with sports agent Drew Rosenhause.
After receiving plenty of attention throughout the pre-draft process, Shilo Sanders ultimately went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft.
On Saturday afternoon, he stated on a livestream that he had to fire his father-turned-agent, Deion Sanders, because things weren’t working out. While it initially seemed like a joke, it turns out there was some truth to his comment: Sanders actually hired a new agent over the weekend, and it paid off, as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed the safety as an undrafted free agent following the draft.
Coach Prime’s son decided not to let his father call the shots anymore as his pseudo-agent.
“Dad was our agent, but that hasn’t been working out too good, so today I had to sign with an agent,” Sanders said, laughing during his Twitch livestream on Day 3 of the NFL Draft, with Deion and his brother, Shedeur, also present.
The laugh led fans to believe it was just Shilo teasing his father. However, there was some truth to this, as Shilo actually hired Drew Rosenhaus as his agent over the weekend.

Well, their dad got them this far-- which is pretty d*mn far, so it makes sense that he'd want to go further & be included in rooms, conversations, and deals that his father can't provide for him.
It was only a matter of time.
He acts just like his father the most out of all of them. No filter whatsoever so ever. He was shading his mother too when he started playing his father’s song.
Their dad is why Shilo wasn't invited to Combine and Shedeur slid in the Draft
He’ll be alright. His dad got a whole bunch of other players to the NFL. Talk about black excellence in his career field. Deion did that!
1 player went No. 2 in 1st Round Coach Prime's own son went No.144 in the 5th. Yeah, Deion DID that.
Evidently Shadeur failed all his interviews. He needs a different kind of coach.
Just like the high end fashion market is crashing the nfl will crash too. The way they treated the Sanders men is not an isolated incident. For this the nfl must pay.
Listen yall this is strictly about money the nfl love Dion he has and still is making them a lot money yall making up shyt in y’all head the nfl is not shinning Dion or his sons! Dion son under his management was coming with a very high ticket price and most likely a list of demands that were going to be record setting or things and deals that have t been done before. When they have to choose between them and other young men who skills wise may be better than his sons and they come at a cheaper price it’s a no brainer! The goal was to get them boys on a team show them folks why you irreplaceable and a stand out THEN renegotiate later! They most likely wasn’t gone give these men everything upfront and then they perform as expected it’s business yall always try to make this ish about race or somebody trying to hold somebody back or they picking on Dion if they didn’t want or like dion that ninja for sure would not have had money or a job for all these decades! Shedeur and Colin's treatments were not the same. Colin is a whole MOVEMENT.
Honestly - I think this was a humbling experience by the NFL - these boys came in so hot, entitled that the NFL had to show them just because your dad is who he is doesn't give you a free pass to #1 and/or guaranteed draft. Much like how the NBA should have done Leborn and his kid who sucks at basketball.

He fired his father in theory. So many people aren't excited to have to deal with his father. Dad is tough. That scares industry people. As long as Shiloh is his son, Deion will be there. But he can't be everywhere. Don't be fooled. Deion is still very much in play and will watch every deal. TRUST!!
I like the way Dad talks and treats these @$$ hole NFL owners. They have been dawging players since DS and before while they rake in all the money.
They don't like Prime because he is a proud and confident black man and he instilled that in his sons, so "the powers that be" don't like them either. They weaponized this draft to try to humble them. Remember they tried take away Venus Williams' confidence and her father wasn't having it. He shut that reporter DOWN! "They" don't like it when we're confident or think too highly of ourselves. Fk em
