Halle Bailey has been granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of her son, Halo, whom she shares with ex DDG, until a June 4 court hearing.
According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, the singer claimed she filed without giving notice to her ex because she “was afraid that the violence would reoccur” and that she feared “the other party would take the children out of the area” before the order could be granted and served.
A rep for DDG did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

He should have promoted his music. His brother says that DuckDuckGoose is an A List Multimillionaire. He should just get a good attorney and fly over to Italy, rent a space so that he can work and see his son. When he goes in front of the Judge next month, he would have a positive outcome.

She was about to have a major career as kind of a young adorable singing music star but she blew it with a baby and that lowlife. A Disney career and a thuggish boyfriend cannot coexist.

This is nothing new. Young women have been making dumb choices with men forever. I'm only surprised so many still get knocked up by losers considering all the birth control options available today. This further supports my theory. These girls don't care about getting to know what kind of guy he is on purpose. And I think a lot of them get pregnant intentionally because they either want a baby, a baby by THAT man specifically for looks, status or whatever, or they hope having the baby will keep the man around.

I agree that DDG was a bad choice for a baby daddy but don't ignore the fact that he has way more money than Halle. He's not a dusty. He's immature. I tell my daughters to date at least 10 years older. Women mature faster than men.

Young women are allowed to live and learn, it’s life. Halle was sheltered and it shows. I wouldn’t be surprised if DDG was her first relationship. I applaud her for saying and doing something sooner rather than decades later.
After reading the actual filing, she had evidence to back up each claim she made plus proof that she was in contact with his mother to arrange visitation at times when he was saying he was being denied. He is simply an entitled cyber bully. He is smart and very well off financially but very immature and not used to not getting his way.
