Last week it was reported that celebrity stylist Misa Hylton was suing her longtime best friend and client, Mary J. Blige, after accusing her of poaching her artist, rapper Vado [click here if you missed that].
Misa's attorney calls into The Breakfast Club to discuss the case...
Misa Hylton's attorney claims she was blindsided by Mary actions and didn't realize anything was amiss until Mary stopped taking her calls and inviting her out.
The attorney also insists Misa exhausted every option before pulling the trigger on the lawsuit.

He's not Mary's artist. Vado is signed to Mary for distribution but he's signed with Misa for management. Misa is suing because she says they had an agreement for Vado to be on this tour and in the studio. Misa says Mary is ignoring the agreement and is strong arming Vado to leave Misa. Misa won't make any money if he's not on tour or in the studio.
There's more to this story. Mary will probably write a song about this and put everybody's business in the streets.

Some people get famous and come into money and act like they can run any type of business. Perhaps they can, but at least be prepared. Go to school or be in the company of the right people in the right places.
