spoilers behind the cut
From Deadline
Following the Season 4 finale of the hit Starz series Power Book III: Raising Kanan, the network has revealed that the upcoming fifth season will be the show’s last. Additionally, a (not-so) new power player will join the chaos on the Southside who hardcore fans will recognize by name and reputation.
Tonight, Shameik Moore debuted as Branford ‘Breeze’ Frady, the nephew of street legends Snaps (Wendell Pierce) and Pop (Erika Woods). The couple introduces Breeze to Kanan (MeKai Curtis), and it wasn’t the warmest of welcomes; however, the meeting sparks a new partnership opportunity between the two young men, providing a lasting tie between the prequel and the flagship series.
“Power” Universe fans have heard the name “Breeze” since the first season of the original series in 2014, and it is one of the characters they have said they most wanted to meet. Known as a drug kingpin from Jamaica, Queens, Breeze employed a young Kanan Stark, as well as James St. Patrick and Tommy Egan, with the latter two serving as his corner boys, which took place around the same time Season 5 is set.

^^^That''s right. Give us notice when you spillin' news like this so soon after the release, Snitchy!
I was wondering when Tommy and Ghost were going to show up.
This is the best show
Yep snitch blew that up. I won’t be watching until tonight
^^^ You are in for a surprise. I haven't watched the last episode but I been reading all the spoilers. This is the best series in the Power Universe. I'll watch it later tonight while I drink a bloody mary.
Kanan was my fav next to the original Power. This writing was on point and as a Queens girl who lives and works here it was very accurate. Not that Tariq that was horrible acting and everything. Tommy I don’t watch. Sad to see it go. Best of the franchise 😊
@12:55 I can’t wait to see what’s in store
