Tory Lanez Alleged New Evidence Underwhelms

Last week Florida congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna announced there was new evidence that would exonerate Canadian rapper Tory Lanez in the shooting of Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion [click here if you missed that].

BREAKING: This is the new sworn affidavit has emerged from Kelsey Harris’ former bodyguard—and it shatters the original narrative used to convict Tory Lanez. According to the testimony, Kelsey fired the gun, not Tory.

The original DNA report from the firearm?
It showed Tory Lanez was excluded as a match for the magazine and inconclusive on the gun.

This supports the theory that someone else (Kelsey) fired it—especially with her confession and the matching shot pattern on audio.

Fun Fact: The audio is the same audio used in the trial to convict Tory. The only new evidence are the unsubstantiated claims by Kelsey Harris' driver.
